Villagio Property Rental WordPress theme is a great solution if you want to rent out multiple accommodations and turn on instant bookings. The theme is suitable for different types of villas, guest houses, holiday rentals, apartments, etc.
Villagio is powered by our custom premium MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin for WordPress (included for free!) that lets you add all of your properties with the needed details, feature a real-time search availability form and enable online reservations. Different locations for accommodations can be set via plugin categories.
The process of placing a booking is fully automated: guests can pay instantly a full or deposit price (depending on your settings) or pay after arrival.
The system of rates and seasonal pricing is very flexible and you can modify it to your needs: set different prices for different days, block dates, set minimum and maximum days to stay, create discount coupons, etc. Managing bookings doesn’t require any specific tech skills from you or the hotel staff – it’s an absolutely intuitive process of just clicking the buttons. German localization
Villagio comes with German theme texts translation so that you don’t need to spend your time on this and can run your vacation rental website so much faster (don’t confuse with the booking functionality, which is already professionally translated into multiple languages).
NOTE: Villagio doesn’t support hotel chains, i.e. you cannot feature multiple hotels each containing multiple rooms.
